Payment in store & online

Payment is possible with Twint, Visa, Maestro, MasterCard and American Express. Your credit card data is secured through SSL encryption. MasterCard and Visa cardholders, please be aware that additional authentication is required: the so-called 3D-Secure protocol Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode. Depending on the credit institute, an additional password will be requested to ensure that the credit card holder is informed about the payment.

Shipping

Free shipping for all Switzerland, delivery with Swiss Post Economic , 1-2 open days.

All skateboard decks are delivered by a free grip sheet (ungripped).

Returns & Cancellation

We offer a 30 days return policy on items that you purchased in the website skate shop. For all non-worn and non-damaged products that you send back to us 30 days after receipt, you will receive your money back. Upon your request, we'll apply your balance to your new order - e.g. when exchanger for another size or another item.
